Speaking about the Russia-Ukraine war, President Erdoğan said that NATO should take a decisive step.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements about the invasion operation launched by Russia against Ukraine and the NATO meeting to be held today.
Erdogan said in his statement: “It would not be right to say what kind of messages will come out of a meeting that has not been held. We will have our meeting at 17:00. In this meeting, we will see the opinions of the leaders. Our position on NATO’s position has been clear and unambiguous until now. It should not turn into an ordinary rebuke of condemnation, it should take a more determined step. We have clear conversations with Mr. Stoltenberg. In these meetings, we conveyed our stance on NATO’s stance. Today, by seeing the stance of all leaders, we will also explain our stance.”
TURKISH CITIZENS IN UKRAINE
Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs made the statement. Our embassies and consulates are ready to take any step. Air transport is not very safe, they do the land transport. In this regard, we made statements that our citizens there should apply to the embassy and consulate general and communicate.
EU’S ATTITUDE
The statement made by our party spokesperson is clear. Currently, the EU and all western mentalities have not taken a serious and determined stance. They all give advice to Ukraine. No steps have been taken. We will talk about what steps you are taking or will take at today’s NATO summit. Advice and condemnation should not be turned into such a Karagöz-Hacivat riot. Advice is still going on the west
